Strategic support for sustainable resource management
I’m Lugano, Managing Director of LuKap Consulting. My goal is to help organisations who want to do more with less, as it is generally accepted that our generation can no longer over-consume materials, create excessive waste and rely on foods and other everyday products made through unsustainable means.
Over the last 15 years, I have developed and embedded sustainability programmes within a range of sectors and have built a deep understanding of how to successfully turn theory into practice within live operational environments, often with diverse stakeholder interests.
Throughout this time, there has never been a more exciting period for sustainable resource management than now. Our knowledge in this field is constantly evolving, as are the circular technologies and innovations being developed to tackle these challenges.
I believe that the best place to be is on the frontline helping organisations to understand the emerging circular economy and grow their operations using cleaner and more sustainable resources. This is why I decided to set up LuKap Consulting: to help businesses work towards a circular, zero-waste economy.
Despite our best guesses, nobody really knows what a truly circular economy will look like in the future. However, I believe that the road to achieving this is an exciting one filled with opportunity for those organisations that are bold enough to take the lead.
I look forward to helping you on your journey to success.

Why Choose Us
Our Mission
Our mission is to create circular, resource efficient businesses
This means designing out waste and pollution from goods and services, keeping resources in use for as long as possible and regenerating natural ecosystems.
We do this by providing insight, discovering opportunities and successfully integrating them to achieve lasting and measurable value.
“In the quest for substantial improvement in resource performance across the economy, businesses have started to explore ways to reuse products or their components and restore more of their precious material, energy and labour inputs”
Towards the Circular Economy. Ellen MacArthur Foundation 2013
